Tama and his Cherry Bombs

Tama is Nippon's Pyrotechnist who also really loves fireworks. He appears to be quite old and he smokes a pipe which he also uses to like his fireworks.

He lives down a flight of steps near the lake in Shinshu Field. His house is only open at night and when you meet him first he is trying to create a new firework mix but to no avail. He will try and show you his new firework but as it fails Issun asks you to helping by drawing a replica of the drawing on his wall over the fireworks mix. This drawing is in fact how to draw Cherry Bomb and after you draw it correctly Bakugami will appear and thank you. Tama's house will then open during the day time.

The next time you meet him will be at the fireworks display in the Kamiki Festival. Here he sets of fireworks that look like Amaterasu, Issun, a turnip, Susano, and Mushi's Mama.

After this returns to his house were he suffers from a creators block. Amaterasu can then reignite his passion by showing him the Secret Brush Technique for double and triple cherry bombs. This will earn you a Stray Bead.

• The firework in the shape of Mushi's Mama suggests that they two of them might have a relationship.
• Outside his house you will meet the first monster on Mika's Wanted List.
